The Aquatseli Bluegrass Festival will be held at the Old UA Moore Ballfield in Meeman Shelby Forest. The park is located about 1.5 miles past the Shelby Forest General Store and E.E. Jeter Elementary School at 7097 Benjestown Rd. Millington, TN 38053.
